1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original condition within this period.

2. Qualified Returns

  • Products with factory defects or software/hardware issues that can't be resolved by our support team.

  • Products must be in the same condition as received, without signs of wear or damage, and in the original packaging.

3. Non-Qualified Returns

  • Change of mind, "wardrobing", complaints about song selection or content, audio delay issues not related to our product, and other issues not related to product defects.

  • Returns for these reasons are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products, GV Song Update Codes, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

  • Customized items, opened CDs, DVDs, or other media, and any item not in its original condition or damaged not due to our error.

5. Return Process

  1. Email us at to initiate a return. We'll provide a Service or Return Number for tracking.

  2. Ship the product back to the address provided in our instructions. Use a trackable shipping service and insure the product for its full value.

  3. Once received, we'll inspect the return within 7-15 working days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 30-45 working days after inspection completion.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Shipping Costs

  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product has a factory defect or unresolvable issue.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placement. After this period, no cancellations will be accepted.
